Our advertising prices are highly competitive, clearly scaled and transparent- the price you see is the price you pay.
Adverts can be one of four main sizes, subject to space available- from full page adverts, to as little as 1/8th of a page; starting at just £50.00 as a discounted 1/8th for first time advertisers with free design, printed in full colour, and distributed to as many as 80,000 residents, visitors and businesses in the Tyne Valley. This is carried out by way of free distribution to 24,000 homes in some of the North East’s best residential areas: including every household in- Darras Hall, Ponteland, Hexham, Corbridge, Stocksfield, Riding Mill, Wylam, Prudhoe, Mickley, Ovington, Ovingham, Horsley, Heddon, Hedley, Crawcrook, Greenside and Ryton
Advertising rates are based on the following prices:
1/8 £100.00 Can negotiate a discount for a block booking.
1/4 £200.00 Can negotiate a discount for a block booking.
1/2 £300.00 Can negotiate a discount for a block booking.
Full £600.00 or £400.00 per issue for a six issue block booking.
Premium Positions
Inside Front £800.00 or £600.00 per issue for a six issue block booking.
Inside back £700.00 or £500.00 per issue for a six issue block booking.
Outside back £900.00 or £700.00 per issue for a six issue block booking.

Sponsorship
What’s On Sponsorship 1/16th of each What’s On section. So you get ten adverts right through the Tyne Valley Express- £700.00 per issue or £500.00 per issue for a six issue block booking.
Columnist Column Sponsor 1/16th in each Columnists column. So you get five adverts through the Tyne Valley Express for £350.00 per issue or £200.00 per issue for a six issue block booking.
Competition Page Sponsor ¼ page landscape advert £200.00.

Artwork Submissions
Please use the submissions form to submit your artwork, images and text.
All artwork submitted must be yours to use- images or text used without permission are not acceptable.
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance.
Adverts should be supplied at the correct size, with 3mm bleed all round, in cmyk and with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (600dpi preferred), with no printers marks, crop marks or outline. Whilst we do check all submissions, the final responsibility for supplied ads is yours!
Please ensure all fonts are embedded or converted to paths, supplied fonts cannot be used.
Where possible, a pdf of your advert is the preferred format; please save as standard press quality with bleeds.
Suitable file types are .tif .eps and .pdf. Publisher or Powerpoint files are not acceptable.
EPS files containing fonts must have the fonts converted to paths.

The quality and content of digitally supplied adverts is the responsibility of the supplier. If you are unsure, please contact us.
We can of course design and produce your advert for you, simply supply us with your logo, (And any text or images), then tell us what aspect of your business you would like promoted- just ask about this when you speak to our sales team.
